Mit Betongold konnten Anleger lange nichts falsch machen. Über Jahre ist der Wert von Immobilien gestiegen und gestiegen. Doch mit der Zinswende ist die Party am Immobilienboom zu Ende gegangen. Und wie bei jeder guten Party folgte der Kater am nächsten Morgen: Die Immobilienbranche ist in eine tiefe Krise gerutscht. In den vergangenen Tagen und Wochen meldeten viele Bauträger Insolvenz an, Experten befürchten nun eine Pleitewelle am Bau. Das ist ein gesamtgesellschaftliches Problem, denn schon jetzt fehlen Hunderttausende Wohnungen. Und es ist auch ein Problem für Anleger. In dieser Episode sprechen Felix und Philipp darüber, warum manchen Anlegern jetzt womöglich der Totalverlust droht, wieso diese Krise absehbar war – und warum die große Investorenflucht womöglich erst noch bevorsteht.
