ATTITUDES, BELIEFS AND OBLIGATIONS IN THE WORKPLACE AND ACADEMIC ENVIRONMENT. It is important to have work-related attitudes because they will help us find employment and, in addition, this will benefit the company. Such qualities as collaboration or the ability to work as a team are one of the most in-demand qualities by companies. Also, adaptability, proactivity, problem-solving skills, analytical skills, perseverance, stress control, and communication skills are key. As for obligations: meeting deadlines and respecting rules and regulations is essential to maintaining an environment of respect and order, continuous learning, and openness to all kinds of activities or work. This, as previously mentioned, helps us face any job or situation that may arise. Belief in growth and development: Being convinced that skills can be developed with effort and practice, and are not innate, drives continuous improvement and adaptation to new processes. Confidence in one's own abilities: Believing in one's own abilities and ability to confront and solve problems contributes to taking initiatives and finding innovative solutions, i have to be better every day everywhere. Persistence and resilience: Maintaining a belief in the importance of persevering in the face of difficulties and not giving up easily is essential to overcoming obstacles and achieving work goals, you must remain calm. Collaboration: Believing that working together and sharing knowledge and experiences can enrich work and improve results is key to a productive work environment, should always be prepared for life. Adaptability: Believing that constant learning and flexibility are necessary to stay current and respond to changes in the labor market. In the Academic Environment Growth Mindset: The belief that intelligence and skills can be cultivated through effort and dedication, rather than being fixed, is a driving force for learning and academic success. Autonomy and Self-Efficacy: Believing in one's own ability to learn and manage one's own educational process is vital for motivation and academic performance. Importance of Effort: Understand that effort is a determining factor in academic achievement and that mistakes are learning opportunities, not failures. Curiosity and continuous learning: Cultivating a belief in the value of curiosity and the constant pursuit of knowledge helps maintain motivation and depth in studies. Openness to feedback: Accept and value feedback from teachers and peers as a valuable tool for improving and growing as a student. What is not necessary in work and educational life is to get angry about learning, about new learning; we must always be super ready for any eventuality. Thank you.
