They are also the co-host of the ⁠Positive Disintegration Podcast⁠.Emma is the co-host of the ⁠Positive Disintegration Podcast⁠, and creates content for people learning about the Theory of Positive Disintegration for her website ⁠Tragic Gift⁠, and YouTube channel, ⁠Adults With Overexcitabilities⁠.Chris explains the distinction between disintegration and positive disintegration by sharing their own experience. Emma and Chris talk about the “authentic voice,” multilevel and unilevel disintegration, and the importance of supportive relationships. Abbie explains the similarities she sees between CMM and TPD, including the balance of personal power and uncontrollable context, the need for reflection, and the process of meaning-making.
