Diaries From Nerdy Asha Asher Ally The Diaries of Nerdy Asha is  a weekly podcast where I will share some of my wierd ways to self acceptance and love. I recently had an anxiety attack,a crazy one that had me feeling sick and at first I really didn't know what it was I just thought I'm falling sick or something but it lasted for like 20-30 minutes so after a lot of digging and research I found out it was actually an anxiety attack I will get into the why I felt that way in the next episode.I also figured that it might be happening to a lot of people and they are just not aware of it or they have little to no information about it, so in my podcast I will focus on mental health and I will spread some light some mental issues on how it feels and how to go through it my way. It is an ongoing journey for me to self acceptance and love.
