Bedridden to Bench, a self-taught journey - #26

from Type 2 Fun Podcast · host Get inspired to Push your Limits

In today's episode we talk to Prakhar who tells us about a crippling back injury he had from a young age and how he overcame it despite doctors diagnostics. Prakhar goes into how this back pain dictated his college choice and set him on a educational journey to solve the issue for himself through extensive research and exercise. Today Prakhar is one of the most agile, strong and overall fit people I know and you would never have known that 10 short years ago he was bed ridden unable to walk around the house. This episode shows the power of skepticism and the importance of critical thinking when navigating life. We unbox this and talk about how this mindset has pushed him forward in all aspects of his life. Towards the end we get heady and talk about calisthenics and visualizing the body while exercising.Stay tuned and hear about how Prakhar's obsession for improvement has led to such a monumental physical and mental transformation on this episode of the High Quality Fun Podcast.
