Bill Jordan’s Adventure: Radio Show Host, Boomer, Author

from That's a Job? Podcast with Nate Clayberg · host Nate Clayberg

This is a treat for me, as I get to bring one of my career mentors in broadcasting, Bill Jordan, on the podcast.  I met bill in 1996 when I interned for Bill & Sheri in the Morning on Mix 101.5 in Raleigh, North Carolina.  That experience took me away from Iowa to face reality on my own. Not only did I learn a tremendous amount of things about radio, but I also met Duke Coach Mike Krzyzewski and Darius Rucker from Hootie and the Blowfish. Today, Bill has retired from the radio business but keeps busy still announcing (you will hear him at the open and close of this podcast), being a grandfather, and started a movement with ‘Embrace the Boom’ that created coffee mugs, YouTube videos and now it has made him an author. - GET THE BOOK CHECK OUT the 15 Practices to help you lead a more fulfilling, peaceful, and meaningful life.
