Selena Rezvani is an internationally recognized author, speaker, and consultant on leadership.  Her newest book, a Wall Street Journal bestseller "Quick Confidence: Be Authentic, Boost Connections, and Make Bold Bets on Yourself" is a guide for overcoming the nine most common obstacles that stand in the way of building authentic confidence. Selena shares how her journey in thought leadership started while she was a young management consultant whose boss created a policy that all consultants would have to write and present at conferences twice a year.  While incredulous at first she was also thrilled at the challenge and agency the opportunity presented.
