Blogging Truths Be Told: Stalking Your Numbers and Comparing Them to Others

In this "real talk" discussion, I unload a bit of my frustration with content creators who tell you to stop following your numbers so closely when you're a creator with little-to-no audience. Furthermore, I often hear rhetoric stating you shouldn't compare your creative progress to others. And to an extent, this is true. But to compare is human. There's a fine line between obsession with your website metrics and healthy comparisons of your progress with others' in the creative content space.
