Un plan qui, comme son nom l’indique très bien, avait comme objectif de développer l’accès au très haut débit sur l’ensemble du territoire Français pour rattraper le retard pris par la France par rapport aux autres pays Européens. En ce début 2023, l’institution France Stratégie a publié un rapport permettant de faire le bilan de ce plan ambitieux lancé il y a maintenant plus de 10 ans. L’opportunité pour notre podcasteur de revenir à son tour sur ce projet numérique qui traduit aujourd'hui que jamais l’omniprésence du numérique dans nos vies quotidiennes.
