Laykkah's Podcast Laykkah LAYKKAH is the brainchild of musician, producer and Dj George M. , retrieving references from the archives of the 70s and 80s, Laykkah's alchemy occurs when reviving those sounds within a variety of styles - Nudisco, Indie, Deep house, Synthpop and Tech House - against a backdrop of current beats and grooves providing the common denominator. The mission is to resuscitate buried gems and resurrect them with the nouveau, slick, polished sound that is Laykkah. This fast moving project within its initial 9 months has culminated in the release of 6 singles and an E.P. entitled "My Solar System" reaching No. 60 in the Beatport Indie Chart. A spin off of the E.P. was the single "Jupiter" co-written with British artist/songwriter Julie Hicklin gaining air play on UK radio inspiring DJs to remix the track.
