As we wrap up 2014 and head into 2015 I wanted to take a minute and reflect on the many things I learned from interviewing YouTubers for the Beauty and the Vlog podcast. I condensed my new knowledge into 5 lessons. The 5 lessons are: 1.) Being a YouTuber is a LOT of work 2.) None of the YouTubers I spoke with got into YouTube for the money. 3.) Everyone on YouTube deals with haters. 4.) Being on YouTube brings a lot of opportunities outside of YouTube. We are able to "circumvent the traditional pathways to success" on YouTube.  5.)
