They discuss with us the current state of Oceanside beaches, and how we are losing sand every year due to our lack of natural and man-made sand retention structures. They tell us how Jayme along with a group of engineers are coming up with innovative solutions that will retain sand and fit into the criteria of being able to perform and not have a negative impact. This is not a quick fix and will take time. But we have been doing the same thing decade after decade and expecting a different result. And that is the definition of insanity. We need to do something different to change the outcome and get sand on our beaches!
