Geen kleine man bestaat uit een hoofddocumentaire en vijf bonusinterviews. In deze aflevering gaat Nele Eeckhout van AudioCollectief SCHIK in gesprek met dokter Wim Decleer en osteopaat Colette Peeters over endometriose, een chronische ontstekingsziekte van het lichaam, voornamelijk in de buikholte. Wereldwijd zouden hier minstens 200 miljoen mensen, waarvan het grootste deel vrouwen, mee rondlopen. Hoe uit deze ziekte zich? Wat zijn de bijkomende klachten? En hoe is dit te behandelen? Hoewel er nog veel onderzoek nodig zal zijn, slaan Peeters en Decleer de handen ineen om endometriose patiënten te helpen - een bijzondere samenwerking tussen de reguliere en alternatieve geneeskunde. Peeters is als osteopaat gespecialiseerd in gynaecologische aandoeningen en fertiliteit en Dr. Decleer is diensthoofd van het fertiliteitscentrum van het Jan Palfijn ziekenhuis in Gent.
