Brad Harvin talks all things Jacksonville Jaguars with Big D.

from The Big D Podcast

In this episode, Jacksonville Jaguars fan Brad Harvin and I breakdown our favorite NFL team. First, we talk about the significance of having a professional sports franchise in this area of northern Florida. With so many successful college football programs in a close radius, the Jags made sense with fans who could root for them when Jacksonville started in 1995. Second, we talk about the impact 2021 NFL Draft No. 1 overall pick Trevor Lawrence will have as a rookie. We both believe he can be special. Without the best offensive line, Lawrence may need to use his mobility and his running backs. We also look at how well Urban Meyer will do in his first season as Jags head coach. Meyer has won everywhere he has coached in college. Brad also explains that getting Lawrence was a main reason why Meyer came to Jacksonville. We are also wondering how Meyer will handle losing more than any year at Utah, Florida, or the Ohio State. With college football and the NFL running closer offenses, we believe his experience with young players will coach a young team in Jacksonville. We also answer whether Jacksonville's own Tim Tebow will make any impact as a 33-year-old tight end with the Jags. We also talk about Jacksonville's important and breakout players. We are both intrigued what Marvin Jones can do with Lawrence as his quarterback. I am hopeful CJ Henderson, K'Lavon Chiasson, and Josh Allen can develop in Jacksonville's next crop of productive defenders. Finally, we conclude with some Jags trivia!
