Breathe is a one minute, animated mandala meditation set to music. It does not contain verbal guidance. This visual meditation is offered as an aid to relax your mind and body. The following exercise is recommended before viewing the meditation but is not required: Breathe deeply several times. With each breath, consciously focus on releasing any tension you are holding in your body, concentrating specifically on the jaw, shoulders, hands, and solar plexus regions. Allow all thoughts to gently fall away. Then, begin the mandala meditation. Mandala Meditations is created two times a month by Kelly Dietrich.
