Broken Saviors Pt. 6

In this series, we’re walking through the book of Judges. In this Old Testament book, we see the Israelites engage in a cycle of sin, compromising with God, turning to other things, crying out to him, and eventually being saved by him, only to repeat the pattern again. 

In this message, we look at the story of Jepthah and how he easily turned from God’s commands as a result of who he surrounded himself with. As a result, we were challenged to think about who and what we surround ourselves with. We need people who will build in us a sensitivity to God’s kingdom and not desensitize us through the values in our earthly kingdom.
