Packaging your products or services can be great for the customer - they're easy to buy and they know exactly what they're getting. But sometimes the package can be too rigid. However, looking at it from the other side - if the package doesn't fit then perhaps you're not that businesses ideal client! The approach to packages can depend on the size of the business - for example, broadband/phone/tv companies have a VERY different approach to an SME. Do you love or hate having to choose a package?
