Is it possible to feel healthy no matter what?  Yes!!“You are equipped with the versatility and the tools to overcome practically any obstacle that prevents you from being healthy.”  That’s according to Alex Jadad.  It sounds incredible but Dr. Jadad believes you can feel healthy despite having illnesses like diabetes, arthritis, even cancer.  He’s conducted large scale health studies and consulted with heads of states and leading organizations for many years.  Dr. Jadad is the co-author of “Healthy No Matter What.” This is an eye opening interview that challenges long held beliefs about what health is and how we achieve it.  If the status quo is no longer working for you, you need to listen to this podcast!  Info on Guest:Alex Jadad is a physician, researcher, innovator and philosopher.  He’s also the co-author, along with his daughter Tamen Jadad-Garcia of “Healthy No Matter What: How Humans are Hardwired to Adapt.” He is the founder of the Centre for Digital Therapeutics in Toronto, a simulator to design and develop prototypes of the future.
