Can death result from food poisoning? Yes. Can you sue for getting it? Yes, and you should but you need proof, keep the vomit in a bag and have it lab checked. Then hire a lawyer. Publix in the Villages was the offender because of bad sanitation practices and I will learn from this incident and retain the vomit the next time. Although I got the RSV, FLU and COVID update, they had nothing to do with the sickness I incurred at the hands of the food preparer. Listen to this podcast and learn so it won't happen to YOU>
