Thank you for joining us again!-It’s the season!-It’s getting chilly, hot chocolates are getting fired up next to the fire place, and Christmas music is filling the air!!-That’s one side of the story.-For others of us, this season is a bit different….-it’s cold, getting dark early, and tends to be a time always reminding us of our loved ones that may have left us, and other sad times as well.-family gatherings and holiday shopping commitments also can cause this So today we’re going to talk about that…seasonal anxiety disorder Why is this topic important?-for starters, I think this is something everyone can relate to-it’s easy to not be as happy when it’s darker and colder, right?
