Hi my name is Carmen Aguirre and this is my eighth thought. So, there I was talking to my seat mate and he was telling me that what he loves about his job of making drones for the US government is that it's black and white, that all he has to do is manufacture these drones and get the bad guys in the middle east. And I told him that my line of work is almost the opposite: it is all about working in the grey area and looking for the complexity of the human experience.
