Case 1.07: Eye of the Needle

The mood of the courtroom darkens as desperation begins to nibble at the edges of Voyager’s stalwart Starfleet sensibilities, and the crew learns a valuable and excruciating lesson about hope: It can never be trusted. Basically, they name a wormhole after Harry Kim and it all goes downhill from there. Will Torres’ far-fetched science plan work, effectively ending the Voyager television series at episode 6 (no)? Will Janeway’s Skype date with a Romulan science officer develop into… something more (no)? Will this be the episode in which we finally see Kim break down and cry (kind of, yeah)? Is “Eye of the Needle” good… or is it garbage?
