Larsosa.Andre Ebron is a powerhouse in the world of non-profits, a trailblazing entrepreneur, and an inspiring educator. He’s a prolific speaker and a passionate organizer, dedicated to driving diversity, equity, and inclusion. Andre wears many hats: Elder at Kainos International Church, President and CEO of Ebron & Associates, and Chief of Staff for City Year’s Detroit branch. He’s also an accomplished author with two books under his belt: The Drawing Board and Mind Your Business.Marvin Cotton Jr. brings a unique perspective as a community leader and justice reform advocate. Wrongfully convicted, Marvin spent 19 years, 7 months, and 12 days in prison before reclaiming his freedom. Today, he’s a business owner, lecturer, and Vice President and co-founder of the Organization of Exonerees. With his company, Better Not Broken, LLC, Marvin travels the country as a motivational speaker, sharing his story and advocating for change.Jasahn M. Larsosa is a driving force in the nonprofit sector. As Executive Director of GreenLight Detroit, he oversees a $5 million fund aimed at promoting economic prosperity for Detroiters facing poverty. He’s also the Founder and Board President of Black Marriage Movement, a nonprofit committed to generational wealth and healthy birthing outcomes for Black families. Jasahn and his wife are raising three daughters, the HerSheKissis, in Detroit.In this episode, we dive into the upcoming Black Maternal Health Equity Summit by SEMPQIC.
