What is this famous challah shred? You don’t need to do any extreme diet. Here is what I did to lose 16 pounds without being restrictive. The point of the challah shred was to let you know that you can still be flexible while hitting your goals. Many years ago, I did not believe you could get a result only working out 3-4 times per week. Listening to other influencers, in my head, I’m thinking “I have to workout twice a day”, I was wrong!
