Challenges to Sports Broadcasting Rights in India

The Sports Broadcasting Signals (Mandatory Sharing with Prasar Bharati Act) Act requires private broadcasters in India to share live feeds of sports deemed to be of ‘national importance’ with the public broadcaster, allowing it to retransmit these free-to-air.
