We have received the merchandise that you delivered to us yesterday. To be honest, some of the goods cannot meet our quality standards. We randomly selected 100 units of products for testing. Unfortunately, 9 units of them are of poor quality. It means that the defective rate of these products is about 9%. Why is this? The defective rate which we could accept is below 5%.Jacob: I'm really sorry to hear this. We will replace the low-quality products according to this defective rate for you as soon as possible. Actually all of our products should receive strict tests before delivery. The products may be broken by the delivery itself. I will look into this immediately and I promise that the same mistake would not happen again.Maggie: Ok. We are very unsatisfied. So if this happens again, we are going to find another supplier.Jacob: Sorry again.
