Changing Idaho's Constitution with Ben Adams

Ben Adams is the District 12 Senator in Idaho and wants to change the Idaho constitution to setup a framework so that Idaho never loses its public lands to private sales. This would require a huge collaboration across the state, but would also preserve Idaho’s greatest natural resource, its land, for generations to come.
