Delilah Dee holds many titles, but is most known as a symbol of positivity and inspiration to her Philadelphia community. The proud Latina is a true definition of a 24/7 businesswoman.  Delilah is the founder and CEO of SHFT World — a digital content & events agency focused on empowering communities of color to transition from dreamers into doers. She utilizes the SHFT e-commerce platform to donate thousands of dollars towards small grassroots organizations fighting for the uprising of Black + Brown communities. Additionally, Delilah is best known for her work in event curation and experiential marketing working with brands such iHeartRadio, HBO, Google, SalesForce, and many more bringing high quality events and opportunities to the City of Brotherly Love. Her work is fueled by a passion for creating meaningful experiences targeted towards under-represented communities and enterprising women.
