Car l'entreprise est la grande absente de la lutte contre l'essor de l'entrisme islamique en France, alors qu'il s'y installe avec force. Les entreprises sont démunies : les accusations de racisme se multiplient, les syndicats sont manipulés, on refuse d'être dirigé par une femme manager... Hantés par la crainte d'être catalogués de racistes islamophobes, les dirigeants sont tétanisés. Ou se tournent vers des approches contre-productives, celles de la complaisance ou celles de la confrontation, qui aboutissent à dresser des barrières, à renforcer les clivages et à affaiblir la confiance au sein des équipes - et donc leur performance. Que faire ? Pour Adel, les approches "DIVERSITY MANAGEMENT" (ou "INCLUSIVE MANAGEMENT"), importées des USA, sont inadaptées en France. Elles sont contre-productives voire dangereuses : elles finissent par livrer l'entreprise à l'habileté du prosélytisme islamique.
