In this episode, we hear from Plastic Patrol founder Lizzie Carr. Lizzie discovered a love for paddle boarding (SUP) as a way to heal herself and connect with nature. Spending more time on our waterways made Lizzie realise just how much plastic was floating around. And so Plastic Patrol was born.
