Cut the crap - With Luc Doucet #145

from Motivate to Move · host John Leygraaf

Luc Doucet is tonight's very special guest, someone we have wanted to chat with for some time. We have known Luc for many years, running with him sometimes with our running group several years ago. Now Luc has moved to Halifax and is running a ton of km. With a running streak of over 1300 days and for much of that a 10km a day minimum, amazing. But there is still more, Luc is close to 6000km for the year and we are sure he will complete those km. As you can see Luc runs a ton of km and we love it. Then we get some crazy side stories and more running streaks he does within his streak, very impressive. There is a lot to learn from Luc just with his mindset. His positive attitude and determination is something that we can all look up to. Keep on trucking Luc, we can't wait to see what is next. Luc has a very interesting project he does called Framedtrails. Going to put the link below because it's such a cool idea, check it out.https://www.framedtrails.com/shop also @framedtrails on InstagramMotivate to Move email, let us know who should be on the show:[email protected] to Move Facebook page, check us out:https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100041607699495As always, please give the gift of life and donate blood today.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/motivate-to-move--4528736/support.
