Darryl Burling

Darryl Burling is the Founder and CEO of Biblical Mastery Academy and Chairman of the Board for New Zealand Biblical Counseling Association. Darryl spent 15 years in the IT industry, working in a variety of roles before beginning his theological education. He completed a Bachelor of the Arts in Biblical Counseling at The Master's University in less than two years and then graduated with a Master of Divinity degree from The Master's Seminary. He then went on to doctoral studies, earning a Master of Theology and a Doctor of Philosophy in Biblical Counseling with a minor in Biblical Spirituality from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Darryl has been happily married for 30 years and has three grown daughters. He serves as an elder and occasional preacher in his local church. He joins us for this episode of 15:14 to discuss the state of biblical counseling in New Zealand and share about the incredible work of Biblical Mastery Academy.
