Cailah is the CEO of The Rock Solid Fitness, LLC, an author, model, speaker, and certified Health Coach, Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Personal Trainer through both with American Council on Exercise and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Her most recent book on health, fitness and weight loss titled, "Design Your Body: The Guide to Cutting Through The Fat", and she serves 10+ states in the US and reaches as far as China.
