How can you get more of what you want out of life? In this episode Katherine and her guest Katie discuss how to design your life with intentionality, to build in the things that matter most. We discuss the framework by Dave Evans and Bill Burnett from Stanford University. Check out their book and resources here: Designing Your Life: How to Build a Well-Lived, Joyful Life. A huge part of this is asking good questions and doing experiments. Here’s the quote Katherine mentioned by Rainer Maria Rilke. Remember: you don’t have to be stuck forever. If there’s something that’s not working for you, you can start taking small steps to change it. Take some time to identify the values and priorities you want to honor in this season. Check your gauges, and run some experiments. Try stuff and see what you learn! You can use design thinking to build the life you want. You gotta try it! Thanks to my guest, Katie Tarara.
