Heshowed Jesus of Nazareth to them, saying He was the Lamb of God who would take away the sins of the world.The Ephesians believed this, but from that point their knowledge fizzled out. They did not know that the HolySpirit had been poured out on the church in Jerusalem on Pentecost.
