Para Dino, aposentadoria com salários preservados “não faz mais sentido”. Nos últimos 20 anos, o Conselho Nacional de Justiça (CNJ) aposentou compulsoriamente 126 magistrados. A aposentadoria compulsória é a pena mais severa prevista em decorrência de um processo administrativo disciplinar envolvendo juízes e desembargadores. Dino notificou o ministro Edson Fachin, presidente do STF e do CNJ.
