Kolby Castillo is joined by Don Faulstick the Director Athletics at Amherst College. Amherst College is the nation's oldest intercollegiate program, it has 27 teams that compete in the NCAA DIII and New England Small College Athletic Conference. He oversees a staff of 29 full-time coaches and 58 assistant coaches and athletic staff. His 23 years of experience in College Athletics are as an assistant football coach, head softball coach, associate athletic director, and now director of athletics. His journey to being a College Athletic Director is nowhere traditional. He has been with Amherst College Athletics for 23 years. It is rare we see an individual stay in an athletic program from the beginning of his career to being the Athletic Director. Don shares his journey to where he is at.
