Dirty Blood, Broken Hearts. What Causes Illness & The Simplicity of Healing | Ben Fuchs

from Feelings with Strangers · host feelingswithstrangers

In this episode, we welcome Benjamin Knight Fuchs—a pharmacist and skincare chemist who has spent more than 35 years challenging the limits of conventional medicine. To Ben, spirituality is not separate from biology but an essential part of it: the sense of safety, connection and love that activates our innate healing systems.   Ben’s story begins in pharmacy school, where he saw firsthand the paradox of studying medicines as poisons on one hand, and nutrients as healing agents on the other. That realisation sparked a lifelong mission to educate people on how nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle can address the root causes of disease. But what makes Ben’s perspective truly compelling is the way he connects physiology with psychology and spirit.   He describes chronic disease not only in terms of “dirty blood” and leaky gut, but also as the outcome of emotional wounds and disconnection. Heart disease reflects our collective broken-heartedness; cancer, the body turning against itself; anxiety, the consequence of living in constant fight-or-flight rather than the safety of rest and repair. Ben returns to a simple but profound message: health is self-authored. The body is not inherently complicated or flawed—it is miraculous. When we simplify, nourish ourselves properly, breathe deeply, and reconnect with meaning, the body has the capacity to regenerate.   This episode is an invitation to rethink what health really means—beyond pills, beyond fear, towards balance, gratitude, and trust in the body’s natural intelligence.   Feelings with Strangers Socials Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/feelings.with.strangers/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@FeelingswithStrangers   Ben Fuchs Site: https://www.truthtreatments.com/pages/about-us
