Discover your superpower with Archangel Founder, Giovanni Marsico

Giovanni Marsico, founder of the Archangel, brings visionaries together so they can help each other achieve our dreams and change the world. His flagship event, Archangel Summit, attracts more than 3,000 leaders every year to learn from the world's top speakers in business development and personal growth. Giovanni is also the founder of the Archangel Academy.    In 2012 Archangel founder Giovanni Marsico had a dream to change the world by seeking out other mission-driven, superhero entrepreneurs who wanted to do the same.  The grand vision was to start a network, community, and tribe of people like him – those who wanted to create a massive impact – and provide them with the resources, funding, and connections they needed to achieve their missions. With a background in marketing and event production, and superpowers in connecting, curating, and talent scouting, he began sharing his vision with others. The next Archangel Summit will be 9/19 in Toronto, Canada.    Giovanni and I talked all about accessing and uncovering your own superpowers...the gifts within you that you often dismiss because they seem so obvious. Here are some awesome take-aways from our conversation. * With regard to seeing your own superpowers, it's hard to read the label of the jar you're in. Notice what others are complimenting you on often and find the common thread. We assume everyone is like us, but often it is this special aspect of you that is your unique gift * The clue to who you really are (what I call your You-est You) is in standing out and listening to your own inner guidance, which often means going against the grain * To excel in your business, career or life, create a routine that helps you to have habits that support your best self. Giovanni schedules time to think and 'dream time' in the shower where he meditates and comes up with new ideas. * Archangel in Greek means leader (arch) and messenger (angel).
