I hear all over from other real estate agents, friends, family that spring is the normal and reliable time to list your home. And yes it feels SAFE and the norm when everyone else is listing as well. But when you list Outside of “Peak Season” there are fewer homes, especially right now in this market, this year. Right now the buyers are serious and motivated to get into a home. That works perfect for the seller if their home is - Prepared/Priced - with intention to Sell. Waiting for Spring will not fix if you are trying to overprice your home or just slap it on the market. It won’t help with a cluttered non ready home for pictures and will not suddenly create a qualified bidding war among buyers.
