We are happy to present our second album, out now on Shipwrec. Like the first album, it’s far far from the ordinary. Another trip and this time we take you to the Psychedelic Motel! Hope you enjoy. About: Once in a while, very rarely, artists come around that make music from a completely different angle, musicians who adhere to no prescribed rules yet. At The Psychedelic Circus are one such group. From Utrecht, this pair of musical mirth makers create tracks with a palette that utilises a spectrum of sounds while poking fun at the supposed pigeonholes of style and genre. Following on from their first album on Shipwrec, ”Psychedelic Motel” collects seven tracks that walk a tightrope between ambient, classical, electronica, electro, hip-hop, techno and a rainbow of other categories. A fizzingly fresh sound that is not only addictively absorbing, but also challengingly complex in its composition. Tear down the walls, bring on the clowns.
