Dr. Colleen Smith got her DVM from Ross University in 2004. Prior to Veterinary School, she was a licensed veterinary technician and worked at the teaching hospital for the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine. After graduation, Dr. Smith worked with Dr. Michelle Tilghman at Loving Touch Animal Center near Atlanta, Georgia. She was certified in acupuncture by IVAS in 2006. She then moved to Chattanooga, Tennessee and and worked as an associate veterinarian before starting her own practice, Chattanooga Holistic Animal Institute, in 2012. The practice offers both conventional and integrative care along with rehabilitation services.
