Driving e scooter under the influence while abroad

It seems to be common enough for tourists to ride these public e-scooters coming home from bars and clubs while on holidays. We’ve found that people have been caught riding them under the influence in Germany, where you can expect to receive a fine  of up to 1,500 euro if you’re caught.People also mentioned getting caught by police in Greece for reckless e –scooter driving.
