Welcome to my very first episode!! 🤩

Things are not perfect (I don’t have a microphone, I don’t have a jingle,…) but that’s okay. What’s important is to move forward and take action. Too often we’re focused on things needing to be perfect that we get overwhelmed and do nothing. Doing something is definitely better than doing nothing!

Today I want to talk about authentic decision making.

Before making any kind of decision one of the things I like to think about it: ‘’Is this really me or is this what society tells me to do’’

The reason why I like this question so much is because I feel like for a loooong time I have always done what society asked me to do.

And it made me really unhappy.
