While the organization was started in 2016, the idea for Still I Run came to her several years earlier after she discovered the benefits of running after a brief hospitalization for depression and anxiety.  Still I Run now reaches thousands of people across the country, educating individuals about the mental health properties of running while also inspiring people to move for their mental wellness. On a more personal level, Sasha resides in Michigan with her husband Greg, three kiddos (2, 4, and 6), and their weimaraner, Max.
