Ste is currently leading Broadband, 5G and wider Connectivity for WCC, whilst working as the Business Lead at nexGworx.Ste talks to us about the work he is currently doing surrounding 5G,  some of the discussions involving his work around 5G private networks, and why they have been introduced. The pair discuss the current skills gap within networking and the importance of having a diverse team.
