Earle Shettleworth is widely regarded as the foremost authority on the history of Maine. He has been serving as Maine's State Historian, a position appointed by the governor, for the past 20 years. Bill and Jensen had the privilege of speaking with Earle about Percival Baxter's life, as only he could. Earle knew Baxter, and in sharing his personal experiences, he gives us a unique insight into Baxter's life as a Portlander and a true man of Maine. This podcast is the second of two parts.

The move towards more renewables in our energy systems complicates matters even further, requiring the development of an integrated power grid and continuous and steady transformation of the UK power system. Network flows must be managed reliably under uncertain demands, uncertain supply, emerging network technologies and possible failures and, further, prices in related markets can be highly volatile.
