Easter Prep and Gear Reviews - Episode 17

from Bass Guitar Worship Blender · host Brent Haeseker

Finally kicking off the 2021 podcast season, just in time for Easter.  It's a busy time when you play on 2 church worship services.  I give my Easter prep overview plus reviews of two new gear items I started using.  The first is iReal Pro, a low cost Band-In-A-Box alternative for the iPad and the EHX Nano Battalion, a cool overdrive/preamp that sounds great and is lower cost than most overdrives on the market.

We come together each week as a university community to worship and glorify God, to build community among the entire university, and to inform and teach concerning the areas of faith and learning. The chapel experience is the central and focal event of the university - a time when we give public expression to who we are as a community. Expectant celebration which incorporates praise and participation and creative forms of worship characterize each service. University Chapel takes place on Wednesday. These services are more traditional in nature and often involve the chapel choir and other leadership from Union's music department. Chapels on Friday mornings are more contemporary in style and are primarily student led. THE TENT Randon Floyd Welcome to the Tent. In this podcast, we will talk about the Christian faith and cover many topics, such as the Holy Spirit, the presence of God, theology, revival, and worship, and even hear some testimonies of what God is doing in people's lives. The heart behind this podcast is to bring people to Jesus Christ and empower them as they pursue their faith journey.
