En México se alistan para unas elecciones en las que saldrá elegida, por primera vez, una mujer presidente. Esta nueva realidad tiene que ver con que en México existe una Ley de paridad entre hombres y mujeres para ocupar altos cargos públicos. Por el contrario, en Colombia, vamos varios pasos atrás. No tenemos una ley de paridad y la Ley de cuotas, que dice que el 30% de los altos cargos públicos deben ser ejercidos por mujeres, no se cumple.
