Para ser un bebé con suerte, solo era cuestión de nacer en el día y a la hora indicados. O al menos eso parecía.

En la madrugada del 4 de septiembre de 1958, en un rancho de paja del pequeño poblado de Ocú, nació el bebé más esperado en la historia de Panamá: Cándido Aizprúa Guevara. Entre festejos, el gobierno había hecho la promesa de darle un gran futuro al niño que completara el primer millón de habitantes. Lograr que la cumpliera, claro, no sería tan fácil.
